Architectural Modifications
Architectural Review (ACC) Requests
Per the Brookmill governing documents, all exterior changes must be approved by the Association before any work begins.
A completed ACC application must include:
- Final Survey (from your closing documents)
- Detailed description of the project
- Photos, plans, materials, colors, and dimensions (as applicable)
Please contact the Community Manager and submit an ACC application before starting any project that includes:
- Painting the exterior of your home or trim
- Installing or replacing a front door or screen door
- Landscaping changes, including irrigation or lighting
- Fence, wall, or gate installation or modifications
- Adding any structure (pergola, shed, patio cover, etc.)
- Installing solar panels or satellite equipment
- Any exterior change outside of your private lot area
Important Reminders:
- Do not begin work until written approval is received
- Incomplete applications may delay approval
- Some projects may require additional documentation
